IN-GAME RULES

1. Random Death Match

Randomly shooting or killing people is strictly prohibited. This also includes shooting at vehicles. Firearms should not be used out of roleplay.

2. Vehicle Death Match

Hitting or ramming other vehicles to desync them will result in moderation.

3. Respawning

Respawning during an active scene to avoid role-play will result in an instant kick.

4. Metagaming

Metagaming is when you use information given to you out of role-play to benefit your character. Doing this will result in moderation.

5. Realism

Please remain realistic while driving and role-playing. Anything that a person in real life wouldn't do shouldn't be done. Drifting around corners excessively or driving on sidewalks is strictly prohibited. Additionally, all avatars must be realistic to an average human.

6. Interference

Interfering with scenes that do not include you will result in moderation. This also includes mod scenes.

7. Tool Usage

Use tools for their intended purpose;  any abuse or spamming of the tool will result in moderation. Placeable objects should also be placed realistically.

8. Departments

When roleplaying as Department Members, you are required to follow the guidelines found in the department channel. This includes restrictions and information for every department.

9. VC ONLY

While in-game, you must be in a voice channel; this enhances roleplays for everyone. Failure to do so will result in a moderation. You shouldn't be using any voice changers in VCs.

10. Age Requirement

You must be 13 or older. You must act your age and must not scream or cry in VCs, which will lead to moderation.

11. DUI Roleplays

At Jackson County Roleplay, we do allow DUI roleplays. HOWEVER, these must take place in a Voice Channel. If they take place in Roblox, you will be instantly banned. Roblox prohibits talk about DUI within the game but allows it over call.

12. Priority

We require priority for you to start Bank, Jewelry, and hostage scenes. You can request priority by calling !mod in-game. The moderators would then send the priority information VIA Discord. T4 & Boosters have automatic priority.

These are handled as Discord perks, as we are VC optional.
